How to Set Up Your Property Management FilterTime Account and Add Properties to Your Portal

This article walks through how to set up your property management FilterTime account and how to add all of your properties. 

 

Once you receive your FilterTime log in, you will want to set up your account. 

To access the log in page, you can visit FilterTime.com and click on “Subscription Login” in the top right corner.

Next, enter your email address and password under the Property Management Log In. 

To start adding your properties, click on the “+ Add New Standard Filter Subscription” button. (*NOTE: If you need to add box filter subscriptions (3-5 inch filters), simply click the button on the right and follow the same steps)

Enter the subscription information including address, city, state, zip code, your desired start date which is the day the first order processes, and the air filter delivery frequency, which is the subscription timeline will follow. 


Next, use the drop downs under the “Air Filters” section to select your air filter sizes. You will see all standard sizes in the drop down. If you need a precise filter size that is not listed in the drop down, you can select “Custom Size” and detail your dimensions. Next you will enter your air filter quality (Allergen = MERV 8, Allergen Preferred = MERV 11, and Allergen Supreme = MERV 13). Last you’ll select the desired quantity. 


When you’re finished filling out that information, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Save Subscription.”

If you manage multiple properties and do not wish to enter that information manually, you can import those items in bulk. To do so, click on “Import” on the top of the page.

Fill out all of your property and air filter information using this template and save the file as a .csv. 

Go back to the import page, click on “Choose File,” and select your completed template.

Next, click on “Import Subscriptions.”

A member of the FilterTime team will review the imported information to ensure everything looks correct.
