How to Create and Set Up FilterTime Account Managing Under 10 Doors

This article breaks down the FilterTime account set up process for property managers who manage 10 doors or less.

If you are a property manager managing under 10 doors, we recommend setting up an account from the consumer side. You will create an account by adding the information for one of your properties. Once this process is complete, you will be able to login to your account and add a new subscription for each additional property. 

To set up your account, go to www.filtertime.com and click on “Get Started” in the top right corner. 

Begin filling out the information for one of your properties including the filter type and filter size. If you don’t see your filter size in the drop down, you can select “Custom Size” and enter the specific dimensions. Next, you’ll select your quantity (NOTE: We always recommend ordering filters in bulk as this is the most cost effective option for property managers) and quality (Allergen/Merv 8 is our most popular air filter for property managers). 

Next, select your delivery schedule and start date. Your start date is when the filter shipment will process.

To set up your account, make sure “Subscribe For Automatic Deliveries” is selected and then click on the check out button on the bottom.

Next, you’ll enter your billing information including your first and last name, company, address, suite/apartment number, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, email address, and enter and confirm a password. 

If your shipping address is the same as your billing, you can keep the check box selected and hit “continue.”

Next, you’ll enter your payment information and click “Complete Purchase.”

Now you can add the rest of your properties. To do so, click on “Account” in the top right corner.

From here, click on “+ Add New Subscription.”

Select your filter type and click “Next Step.”

Next, you’ll select your filter quantity and click “Next Step.”

Select your filter sizes in the drop down(s) and click “Next Step.”

Then, you’ll select the air filter quality and click “Next Step.”

You’ll then select how often you want your filters to ship out and select a start date. Once you set those details, click “Check Out.”

Next, you’ll want to click “+Add New Address” to add another property. 

Enter all the property details including first and last name, address, city, etc. and hit “Continue.”

Enter your payment details and click on “Complete Purchase.”

Repeat the process until all of your properties are added.
