Get to Know Your Dashboard Features
This article details all of the features in your property management FilterTime dashboard.
Once you log in to your FilterTime account, you will see your property management dashboard.
Underneath the “Property Management Dashboard” header, you will see “Viewing: .” If you manage multiple territories or accounts, make sure you are in the correct account.
If you need to change accounts, click on “{Switch Company}” and select your designated account.
Once you ensure you are in the correct account, you will have access to all of your property subscriptions. Your property subscriptions are determined by your property address(es). We do not collect any tenant information.
Your dashboard includes your property(‘s) ID [FilterTime subscription number], address, city, state, filters, status, and actions.
Your “ID” is the internal account number given for each property. We call this a FilterTime subscription.
Statuses are either going to be “canceled,” “active,” or “on hold.” Let’s break down what each of these statuses mean.
If the status is “canceled,” it does not mean that property is gone forever. Typically, the only time a status is “canceled,” is when there is a long lapse in vacancy. If the property is not part of your portfolio, it should be deleted, which can be done by clicking the “delete” button under “Actions.”
The “On Hold” status would be used in a case where you know the resuming future start date. In some cases you may not know when that resuming start date would be, in which case, you can leave the status as “Canceled,” and reactivate the property on the day you want it to happen.
The “Active” status simply represents a property that is actively shipping filters based on the timeline you set up.
Next, let’s explore the “Actions” column. These actions include “Reactivate,” “Delete,” “Modify,” “Cancel,” and “Place on Hold.” You can click on any of these buttons to change the status of the property.
If you want to search for a specific property, you can do so by typing the address in the top right search bar. As you begin typing the address, the search function will automatically populate addresses matching the criteria.
To view the details of any of your properties, you can click on the ID number in the first column.
When clicking on an ID number, you will be able to view all of the subscription details for that property including address, subscription frequency, total shipments, and next shipment date. You’ll also be able to see what specific filter you have on file including the SKU number, filter size, quantity, price, and the total.
If you continue to scroll down, you’ll find an itemized list of your shipment history details including the order ID number, shipment date, total, shipping total, carrier, and tracking number.
If you want to export a spreadsheet with all of your subscription information (which includes the subscription numbers, start dates, shipping addresses, cities, states, zip codes, frequencies, statuses, all of your filter sizes, and filter qualities), click on the “Export” tab at the top and a file will automatically export.
